The top skirt of the crinoline has THREE tiers of 11 inch ruffle with a beautifull 3/4 inch scalloped lace that trims the bottom of a 240" inch circumference - making it the largest crinoline available! SIX rows of gathered nylon tulle netting (140 running yards) are attached to the underskirt for maximum fullness without the use of hoops. Because the netting is between the top and underskirt NO netting touches the skin! Drawstring waist for Sizing comfort. This Petticoat Crinoline is available in Custom Sizes! Approximately 41" long.
