The top skirt of the crinoline has THREE tiers of 11 inch ruffle with a beautiful scalloped lace that trims the bottom of a 120 inch circumference - making it the largest crinoline available! SIX rows of gathered nylon tulle netting (140 running yards) are attached to the underskirt for maximum fullness without the use of hoops. Because the netting is between the top and underskirt NO netting touches the skin! Drawstring waist for Sizing comfort. This Petticoat Crinoline is available in Custom Sizes! Approximately 41 inches long. NOTE:The petticoats in alternate colors are custom made (we only stock in white). While costume petticoats are lighter weight and less expensive, we use much thicker netting for the underskirting, so that this petticoat will support the heavier weight ball gowns, without crushing.
